We prepare our children…

Religious Education begins in Grade 1, with preparation for the Sacraments of First Penance and First Communion, and continues through Grade 10, as students receive the Sacrament of Confirmation.  Children are required to attend Religious Education every year from Grade 1 to Grade 10, unless they are enrolled in a Catholic school. Students enrolled in a Catholic School ONLY attend religious education classes as they prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation in Grade 10.

First Penance and First Communion preparation is a two year program beginning in Grade 1 and is celebrated in Grade 2.

Confirmation preparation is also a two year program for students enrolled  in Grades 9 & 10. Confirmation is received in Grade 10, or the second year of preparation.
